Gary Williams (Development Director) has spent a large part of his working life building a highly successful career in the hotel industry. During his career he found a need for a PMS system that was simple and easy to use and followed the flow of a manual system. Thus Expert Hotelier was born.
During the past 20 years, we have developed the expert product range to successfully support the Hospitality, Leisure, Housing and Accommodation sectors. Together with Andrew Alfred (Network Services Director) whose experience lies in the assembly, installation and support of mainframe computer systems our team has taken on a wider range of clients ranging from hotels with 10 bedrooms to Universities with over 750 rooms and campuses featuring many and diverse locations. Our range of products continues to develop, directly supporting the needs of our client operations As an example, this year sees the launch of ResOnLine and Evolution Hotelier.
