Expert Club Manager is a simple, efficient means to organise, control and manage your membership database. The check-in screen and other data capture points throughout your club or hotel enables you to know the activity and club usage of your members.
Subscriptions can be per session, month, quarter, year and life. Amounts can be collected via BACS automated services and are automatically updated against each member.
Reporting collects revenue from other outlets in your club or hotel e.g. Epos, Front of House etc and reports total spend for each member. The usual cancellation and suspend features apply to those members requiring further attention to ensure that only valid members attend your club. A photograph of the member is captured and appears when ever the membership details are viewed therefore eliminating other people using someone else's membership.
