Evolution Event is being developed specifically for automating control of the full range of functions at Conference Centres, Hotels and University Halls of Residence. The modules provides a diary from which you can book conferences, banquets and other function in order to maximise the usage of your facilities-Images are scanned into the system for clarity.
Evolution Event provides for system defaults to be captured, such as room layouts, room clusters, meeting types, booking classes of clients (i.e. Pharmaceutical, Fashion), so that data capture is swift. Event has multi-level sort and select criteria to interrogate the database to match up with client’s telephone enquiry or enables filtering to enquire on current bookings: by room size (no. of delegates), days of week, date range, room attributes and include partial overlap (so you don’t lose 3 days conference because of a pre-booked 2 hour meeting), agent name, sales name or comment search.
