ResOnline is an automated windows application that permits guests or agents to view the room availability you define, and book reservations online - without the need to link to a GRS
(Global Reservation Service). Using a hyperlink incorporated into your own Web Page, your guests or agents can book on-line direct through to your Expert Hotelier system (or other PMS) as preferred. Please note that fonts, colours
and designs are not fixed and can be tailored to your own requirements.
The ResOnline system offers the following functionality as standard:
+ Define room types for the web (independent from Expert Hotelier)
+ Define rates with discount or premium rates for web bookings
+ Special availability – user can specify day of week or global setting.
+ close out of contracts – limited by a minimum setting
+ Auto update bookings to Expert Hotelier -option to browse prior to update.
Expert Hotelier provides overall hotel availability (incl. ResOnline bookings)
