Gary Williams (Development Director) has spent a large part of his working life building a highly successful career in the hotel industry.
During his career he found a need for a PMS system that was simple and easy to use and followed the flow of a manual system. Thus Expert Hotelier was born.
The company was first started in 1994 and over the years many products were added to the list of software produced.
Together with Andrew Alfred (Network Services Director) whose experience lies in the assembly, installation and support of mainframe computer systems the company took on a wider range of clientele ranging from hotels with 10 bedrooms to Universities with over 750 rooms. This year sees the launch of ResOnLine and Evolution Hotelier.
